Sony cddvdgen not installing!

Hello again! I found a tutorial on how to hack custom songs into ITG for the PS2, and I need cddvdgen to open the .ccz file. I can't get it to install tho! I tried running SETUP.EXE and got an error saying it couldn't find a language file in SETUP.LID or something. I really need this program to work, can anyone help?

EDIT: Found an old download link for the plain EXE on some Spanish video on youtube. Never mind!
