James Bond - Agent Under Fire - Disc Swap Black Screen

So I have James Bond Agent Under Fire, and a CogSwap version of it on a Verbatim disc. On the main menu I load my save on my memory card for the 2nd level. It loads, I swap discs. Music cuts out. The game freezes and the Disc doesn't spin until like 30 seconds later, and when it finally loads up, there's a glitchy sound for a second and then no music. I load the 2nd level (Precious Cargo) and the disc stops spinning and cuts to black. Nothing. I use a Slim PS2 75001 and I use IMGBurn to burn...
