How to extract a video file from a PS1 game - (Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Bonus Disc)

I wanted to extract a video file and process it for the sake of preservation. and to process it for personal uses. The file extension of the videos is .EXT. I tried googling around, but that did not help. How am I supposed to extract the video and audio?
