Replace ESR Splash Screen With Ps2 Splash Screen?

Now that we have FreeDVDBoot ie Cturt 1337 Haxxoring and Jabu's Auto Image Patcher was wondering if it was possible? Is it posssible to insert just the PS2 splash screen to make the patched selfbooting disc look more authentic? Or is that doin to much what do yall think cool idea or Nay???
